Job Info: Diploma in Marine/ Mechanical Engineering/ Naval Architect. Candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on working experience in the Shipbuilding Industry. Job distribution and planning of manpower within the section to ensure all jobs requested done efficiently and according to time schedule. To upgrade the sections\’ capabilities in terms of equipments and workers\’ skills. Plan the docking and undocking schedule in accordance with the work schedules of ongoing jobs. Ensure the proper and safe operation of the syncrolift during docking and undocking including transfer of vessels. Provide cranes and forklift support to other sections. Monitor and plan the routine dredging of the syncrolift area and the berthing jetty to ensure that ships are able to dock and undock. Maintain general cleanliness of the jetty, syncrolift area and transfer yard.
